In the entire Dead or Alive series, there's no girl quite like Christie. Physically, she's an impressive specimen simply for her impressive height (5' 10") and the body that would sizzle on magazine covers. Not sure if white hair would be a craze but if it could be, Christie and her perfect hair would start it. Yep indeed, Christie is a vision but that's not all there is to her. To be honest, Christie is the series' first and only true villainess- she is a bad girl and enjoys being it.
Christie's career started off even before her actual appearance in Dead or Alive 3, as shown in the (we assume) canon Story mode revealed in DOA5. She was, and is, the Chief Assassin to series' resident behind-the-scenes bad guy, Victor Donovan. She carried out an assassination attempt on Helena Douglas, though only succeeded in killing her mother. Since then, she's shadowed Helena, up until their most recent confrontation in which Christie revealed her deeds. Unrepentant (so far) and cold-blooded, Christie is one girl you can easily hate, but damn does she look gorgeous- evil never looked this good.
Only time will tell if there's truly nothing good inside the White-haired femme fatale's heart, but till then, I'll keep on enjoying her delicious looks, her slithery and sultry fighting style and of course, those perfect, positively kiss-worthy feet, toes and soles (the red toenail polish is a nice extra).

Thanks finally to her character model wearing her barefoot Hot Getaway swimsuit finally becoming available to me, I can now have Christie join my 'KO Match' series of videos on Youtube. So now, after a long, drawn-out battle, if she is knocked out we can enjoy the lovely assassin as she's lying out cold, her perfect feet totally left open and exposed (among other things) for us to ogle and view as she slumbers. The DOA girls are back and sexier than ever before.
Ah, Dead or Alive. Probably one of the pillar fighting games for me, even if the barefoot babe content in it has been on-and-off for the many, many releases in its long history. The original Dead or Alive on PSX was my absolute favorite barefoot babe fighter (still is a sentimental fave today), but DOA2, with its huge number of rehash/upgrades/editions pounded me with no barefoot content at all for about ten releases (Itagaki and Team Ninja then- go to hell). DOA3 had ONE barefoot babe in karate babe Hitomi. DOA4- a barren wasteland both in barefoot babes and fun. Sigh.
Team Ninja finally won us back with Dead or Alive 5 Plus, thanks to the sexy barefoot bikinis in the Collector Edition exclusive (during release) Hot Getaway Swimsuit set. And now- Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate. Bringing several additional fighters, new moves, modes and costumes, will it be Ultimate for us footfans as well?
If you got the 'Hot Getaway' barefoot swimsuit set from DOA5/DOA5 Plus, you can use them in Ultimate.
Unfortunately, the barefoot babe content in DOA5 Ultimate is actually a bit less than in DOA5 Plus- but I assume that you will do the right thing and add DOA5 Plus's Hot Getaway swimsuits (as DLC) to DOA5U. In fact, all previous DLC for DOA5 (and DOA5 Plus) can be transferred/cross-saved to Ultimate. It's quite painless- if you have a DOA5 save, the first time you boot up Ultimate it will ask if you want to load the save- yes, you do.
The sad part is that natively, DOA5U has no barefoot outfits for the ladies in the new costumes that come with the game (well, you can consider Hitomi's Karate Gi as one). Downer. However, if you got the Japanese/Asian Collector's Edition (just as it was with DOA5 Plus), you get to download the 'Ultimate Sexy' Costume Set, which includes several barefoot swimsuits for several of the ladies. Once again though, there's a caveat. Not all the ladies get barefoot swimsuits, or swimsuits at all. It's actually pretty irritating. Seven of the girls get swimsuits, while the other seven get 'Racing Outfits' which, while sexy, sadly come with footwear/sandals. Also, Rachel the Fiendhunter, one of the newcomer girls added in the game, wears sandals with her bikini. DAMN!
DOA5U adds in several new fighters, new moves and tactics for everyone, new modes, intro and win poses and lots of bits and bobs.
So what do we have left then? Six barefoot swimsuits. The three younger DOA girls- Kasumi, Ayane and Kokoro- get the ubiquitous one-piece Japanese 'School' Swimsuits. Since I'm not Japanese they don't particularly please me- luckily their Hot Getaway bikinis are much hotter. Leifang's bikini once again comes with a skirt-like cloth, but I find it's lingerie-like style much better than her DOA5 Plus swimsuit, which is great.
Next comes Hitomi's hot pink bikini, and it is pretty much my big favorite among the new swimsuits. I was really disappointed with her Hot Getaway skort thing, so this just shows off the Karate Kid's bod so well.
I'm sure a lot consider Helena's seashell bikini (Godfather?) the hottest suit of the bunch, and certainly it's the skimpiest and definitely an eye-catcher. But personally, I actually find her Hot Getaway white bikini sexier and much more suited for a lady of her class. But hey, I'll still use the new suit. Heheh.
You'll spend a lot of time finding all the new bits like new costumes, character intros, tag team intros, win poses, alternate hairstyles and stuff.
And FINALLY, there's Momiji in her white, oh-so-cottony bikini. All I can say is Momiji, OMG. Now THAT is a vision. Momiji's perfect bod and her height are a vision, and I just love seeing her in action in the swimsuit. The bikini is really hot, which is a contrast to every other costume she has (all of which are a variation of her 'Japanese Miko Warrior Ninja' schtick).
With the new suits, an all-new babe in Momiji and the addition of the DOA5 Plus suits, I guess DOA5U is a must have for any foot fan who loves the DOA girls (and what foot fan doesn't?). There isn't any change in the girls' feet models (still not as detailed as I would like, but they're still quite nice), but the overall look and feel of DOA5U is great and sexy. Sadly, getting an actual KO in action is still a bit hard, but thanks to that and the new additions (intros, win poses, taunts, etc) of the game, this is the freshest barefoot babe game we can get now.
Playing a lot with Kasumi just made me realize how damn kickass and awesome she is. All that plus perfect, kiss-worthy feet. What a woman!
One last caveat though- until the 'Ultimate Sexy' costume set is made available as DLC on the PSN/XBL stores, the only way to get them is through the Collector's Editions. Till then, the only barefoot costumes available are the Hot Getaway set (available as DLC now).
DOA5 Ultimate could have had more barefoot outfits, so in the end, it's not quite 'Ultimate'. But sexy it definitely still is, and well worth getting for me (and sharing with all of you!). From here on, we'll focus on the babes themselves next. Now, if you'll excuse me- I have to go play a bit more with Momiji... Mmmm...

Gotta say, I am really growing into Dead or Alive 5's combo-heavy action, but a lot of the fun I'm having with this game is with the Photo feature. You can capture screenshots from your replays, which means you can set up some pretty nice action with the babes (and blokes, if you want). Thankfully taking a pic is easier than in the previous games, and you can pause the action so you can fix up the angle for the best, er, views. Heheh.
My one big gripe though is that actually accessing the pics is tedious as hell. The interface is horrible (or may I say, non-existent) and you have to go through a couple of loading times and a menu each time you want to see an individual pic. Simple deleting or viewing any single pic takes too long. All this, plus you can't really output or view your screenshots outside of the TV or transfer them anywhere as picture files (the PSV can, but I haven't tried that). The pics here I screencapped using my computer from 720p video- a bit more effort than you really should. Team Ninja, fix this up!

Finally barefoot bikini babes again in a proper DOA game!
Here's a peek at the 'Paradise' set of swimsuits that will debut in the upcoming Dead or Alive 5 Plus for the Playstation Vita. As far as I can tell, these suits will have the girls barefoot, although as of right now I have only actually confirmed this for Kasumi, Hitomi, Ayane and Christie. The way Team Ninja does things though, chances are all of these suits will come sans footwear... which makes them treats for us! Hey, this IS a big event... the last time the DOA babes were barefoot in swimsuits in a real DOA fighter was waaaaay back in Dead or Alive on the PSOne (still my fave, which I keep and play on my Android smartphone... heheh).
No word yet though on when or if these suits will be available as DLC for the PS3 (which I am hoping for). I am not that hot with buying a Vita just for DOA5 Plus (can't share vids of that after all). So we'll just wait and see for now and bide our time till these awesome barefoot bikinis are more available. This is a great sign though, and hopefully more barefoot costumes will appear in DOA in the near future.
For now, gawk at these pics and choose which babe whose soles you'd best love to press your face against. Heheh. The game is out on PSV starting March 19.

UPDATE: Just embedded a YT video from some Japanese show with Team Ninja showing off DOA5 Plus to some celebrities. There's a match with Kasumi in her sexy, sexy barefoot thong bikini, although sadly the vid is kinda low-res. Even sadder, it's pretty apparent from the vid that the Japanese are pretty much all about boobs. Still, it's something to see as this game heads to release.

A nice little bit to end the week- a couple of new screenshots were added to the official site of Dead or Alive 5 Plus, and one of them (the one above, to be exact) shows us something a lot of foot-lovers have been asking for since DOA3- a barefoot Christie. Fans of nail polish will definitely be loving this femme fatale's bright red toenails. Yummy!
I think this is a great sign that all the girls in DOA5 Plus will be getting at least one barefoot swimsuit outfit, or even better, the game may even have a shoe toggle feature. Well, in any case the barefoot costumes should make their way to the PS3 eventually as DLC, or as part of the cross-DLC feature if you have a Vita as well. But of course, I think we'd all prefer the shoe-less outfits to be available on either platform so we're not forced to buy a new Vita if we don't want to.
Anyway, this really made me glad, and I think footfans will be very happy in the next couple of weeks, and once Dead or Alive 5 Plus arrives. My PS3 is ready for some barefoot DOA babes! More as we get more pics or even footage. I can't wait!
At least we can still rely on the Kazamas in Hakamas for TTT2.
It's been quite a wait, but early this week, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 has finally arrived for consoles (PS3 and Xbox360). Now, I've been monitoring this game ever since it was first teased by the producer in late 2010. I watched it online, in arcades and all that time I've been studying its prospects for our enjoyment. I've had great hopes for it, given that the previous game in the Tekken franchise, Tekken 6, is one of the best games with barefoot babes to enjoy (thanks to the cool and sexy Character Customization).
But sadly, all signs pointed to TTT2 falling short of equalling T6's soleful content.
Based on the arcade version, we knew that the Character Customization System had been altered, made a bit simpler. Sadly, separate Hand and Foot customization was omitted, with tops and bottoms coming with included hand and footwear. Along the way, someone at the dev team forgot to include barefoot options or costumes. No, scratch that... someone forgot to include barefoot options or costumes FOR THE FEMALES. Yes, to add insult to injury many of the male characters can be barefoot, but not the ladies.
That didn't change in the months that followed- there was no way to change the existing system. All we could hope for was that additional costumes with bare feet built in were to be added to the console version. Well, how did that pan out? If you love barefoot babes, would you be satisfied with what TTT2 has to offer?
Sadly, Lili's bare soles are lost to us... for now. Perhaps future DLC will give her barefoot outfits again...?
For starters, Christie Monteiro still has her default classic P1 Outfits (The Capoeira Costume) with her barefoot. Aside from that single costume though, she has no other outfit or even a bottom that has her baring her soles- everything else comes with included footwear. Then there's Asuka Kazama- her classic Aikido/Martial Arts outfit from Tekken 5 and 6 (with the headband) is GONE. You can, however, buy a Hakama and Footguards set in the in-game store. But again, aside from the Hakama/Footguard combo (Asuka has 2 different Hakama), Asuka has no other barefoot costume or option; same goes for Jun Kazama.
Unfortunately there's no uniform or basic Barefoot Customization in TTT2. We have to rely on individual outfit pieces... of which there are painfully few out of the box.
Everyone else, all the girls who were from Tekken 6, also have no Barefoot Customization or costume. As of right now, Lili, whose soles we bared and enjoyed in Tekken 6, cannot remove her boots now. Neither can Nina, Xiaoyu and Alisa. But wait- there's the Extra DLC Characters and the Big Bikini Bundle, which comes with content not seen in the arcade versions. So, what is the footie content after DL-ing the new stuff?
Awaiting at the end of Arcade Mode is Unknown- Final Boss and one of the few barefoot babes in the game (Don't worry, she'll be playable eventually as DLC).
Well, we get ONE fully-barefoot babe in the returning Angel, and well, all I can say is that her bare feet look... heavenly. Unfortunately, Angel has no other barefoot costume aside from her default P1 Costume. She actually has Hakama and Footguards, but who needs them when she's already fully barefoot (well, there are those here who actually prefer the footguards, I know)? Then there's Kunimitsu, the sexy ninja renegade who also has Hakama and Footguards in her purchasable costume pieces. I'll post vids of these babes as soon as I can.
And finally, the BIKINI BUNDLE DLC. Unfortunately, while there are certainly lots of skin being shown off, the feet remain in footwear, as pretty much all of the bikinis come paired with shoes or sandals- which cannot be toggled. To be fair, some of the sandals show off a lot of the girls' feet in any case, but if you're like me, to whom full-barefoot, with contact to the ground with the soles is paramount, it's very disappointing.
BUT WAIT! I had almost lost all hope... and there then was a pretty awesome surprise waiting for me as I checked each characters' swimwear... I found that ONE babe actually got a fully-barefoot costume in the Swimsuit DLC. That girl- whom I now declare as Tekken Tag 2's Barefoot Muse- is none other than- get this- Leo Kliesen. Yes, THAT Leo. LEO is now the Barefoot Babe of the Moment... who'd have ever thought that could happen? I'll be taking her on in-depth in another article. For now though, check out the new vids with the Hakama Kazama team of Asuka and Jun Kazama.
So, should Foot Fans rush out to get Tekken Tag Tournament 2? Well, if you're a real fighting game fan, you probably already have it anyway. In any case, it's an awesome fighter- perhaps the most chock-full of content I've seen in years. The barefoot babe content by default is kinda low- but this game DOES have potential, particularly in KOs (even if the sexy win animations in Tekken 6 are gone) and probably added content in the future. I'll show you the goods soon enough. Don't write off TTT2 just yet!
I got myself a copy of Dead or Alive Paradise on my PSP recently. This game has been a bit of a joke from most game sites since its release, and with good reason. It's pretty much just Tecmo cashing in on what they can milk from a 4-year old game (the original Dead or Alive Xtreme series on Xbox and Xbox360), and marketing it pretty much as a portable masturbation aid. Well, that aside, is there reason to get this 'vacation' sim/volleyball/gambling/relationship management game? Well, if you're a barefoot babe fan, yep. The graphics, while pixelized quite a bit, isn't that far from the console versions, making for some sexy videogame vixens to ogle. Yep, the breast bounce is ridiculous and irritating, but thankfully foot fans shouldn't be looking at them too much (heh). The girls' feet aren't hyper-detailed (this isn't Tekken 6 or Heavy Rain, dudes) but at least they're nice to look at, with cute toes and smooth soles. Whether they're napping by the pool or frolicking in the various gravure cutscenes, you'll have nice views of the girls' pretty feetsies.
But pretty much best of all, unlike the console versions, the PSP version is a lot dumbed-down and easy. Earning money is easy 'cause the opponent A.I. for the volleyball matches are pretty weak, so you can get the skimpiest suits after a bit. Better yet, it's a lot less trouble to watch the girls' various 'gravure' scenes. Once you watch a cutscene, it's unlocked for anytime viewing in a mode called Private Paradise (hmm) where you can enjoy seeing Christie or Kasumi spread 'em wide or roll around to your heart's content. The incentive to go through the regular vacation mode is to befriend girls enough so you can have them 'imitate' your current main girl to unlock more video cutscenes. The trick is to find which girl has the cutscenes you like watching the most, then befriend the girl you want to do them too so they can 'imitate' the scene. For me? Watching Christie dance just never gets old.
The more you unlock, the closer you get to unlocking the most racy vids in the game, the pole dances. In any case, the volleyball is easy, the gambling a time waster and the relationship management as easy as buying particular gifts to please a target girl and have her loving you enough to accept the skimpiest bikinis as gifts. The girls are hot, their feet nice and sexy, and the game simple, stupid but easy. It's good for a laugh or two, a little relaxation and time killing with some barefoot bikini babes who will climb some trees, flop around or dance at the press of a button. If you're not too self-conscious, check this out for your PSP, it's silly but sexy and light-hearted fun.
I've been raving about my fervent desire for Super Streetfighter IV so much recently, it's easy to overlook that footfans already have games with the best-looking barefoot babes you can find these days on a console, foremost among them being the awesome Tekken 6! And they're yours, whenever you want, wherever you want. That's what Tecmo's Dead or Alive Paradise is promising, this coming March. And here's the trailer!
Well, the spot is actually mostly rehashed footage from the DOAX2 trailer years ago, but it's still kinda cool. Paradise will supposedly be lighter on the beach volleyball aspects of the game, but still have all the minigames, gambling, shopping, gift-giving and girl-watching fun of the console versions... plus a new babe named Rio. She's not from any DOA title, but apparently a mascot from Tecmo's gambling games. Strangely though she looks a bit more anime-esque which makes her stand out a bit from the rest of the girls (and not in a particularly good way). But hey... the more the merrier. Anyway, just how much fun there's to be had here above all the eye candy remains to be seen, but if at least Paradise gives us at least as detailed feet as the console originals, it'll be a game worth getting for foot fans. I'll be sure to check it out when it comes out in a couple of months.
Tekken's Capoeira Princess is one barefoot babe that's gorgeous from head to kissable toes.
I have to admit, I've been neglecting hot Capoeirsta Princess Christie Monteiro, one of Tekken's original barefoot babes, to an almost criminal degree in Tekken 6. What can I do? I've been dazzled (and continue to be dazzled) by hot blonde heiresses and cute and sexy martial arts tomboys all the time. Luckily though, I've been able to take some time to play with (heheh) the kickfighting Brazilian babe, and I have to say I am liking her a lot. It helps though that I got to outfit my Christie in her uber-sexy Samba outfit, which is little more than a bikini... it's easily one of the sexiest costumes in the game, showing off a lot of her bronzed, blemish-free skin from top to bottom. Couple that with a sexy blonde hairstyle and I have to say I can't take my eyes off Miss Monteiro. Her sexy attacks as well are great, and although I am not a fan of her constantly-moving stance, her penchant for splits, handstands and flips are beyond fun. To be honest, my main is still Lili (with Asuka a close second), but for now it's all about Christie, and I'm glad to give her the spotlight. Updated: Added a new KO ryona vid in the post, so check it out if you haven't already. Now here's a long overdue post for one of the Tekken series' original barefoot babes. As a student of rhe Brazilian martial art of Capoeira, Christie Monteiro was barefoot by default in her P1 outfit, marking her an easy favorite for foot fans. But her sex appeal is pretty much universal given her natural beauty, her revealing outfits and her impressive assets. As a replacement for the previous lone Capoeira proponent, Eddy Gordo, Christie had big shoes to fill with her sexy feet... but thankfully despite some nay-sayers seeing her as nothing more than a palette-swap fan service character (of which I see nothing wrong with), she has since become a popular Tekken fighter in her own right. Of course Christie is truly a lovable character in any case- she's upbeat, cheerful and full of life, and she's a strong-willed, courageous heroine who fights for the ones she loves without any hesitation.
Christie's story is very personal- she enters the Tekken 6 Tournament to find her missing and terminally-ill grandfather, The Great Capoeira Master. She also enters to try and find the also-missing Eddy. Left in the lurch and fearing the worst, Tekken 6 may be a truly trying time for Christie... she may either win her loved ones back or lose both of them forever.
Far be it for us to take advantage of a lady's time of weakness, but I am sure all of us foot fans would easily volunteer to give the lovey and courageous kickfighter warm and comforting foot massages and foot rubs. Surely Christie's feet are tough and strong but like the rest of her body, beautiful and truly worth worshipping, from toes to soles. I'm quite sure that despite the odds being stacked against her, Christie will win her victory and a happy ending. For now, enjoy these sexy barefoot vids with the sexy Miss Monteiro!
